• Image Storage: By default, the images you upload will be stored on InkNeat’s servers. However, you may choose not to have your uploaded images stored by selecting the appropriate option in the app settings.
• Third-Party Processing: We use third-party tools to process and optimize the images you upload. While these tools process your image data, they do not retain or store your images after the optimization process is complete.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

• Email Address: To provide you with an account, send important updates or information related to the App, and for customer support purposes.
• Uploaded Images: To optimize and process text-based content through third-party tools, and optionally store the images for future reference based on your preferences.

4. Your Data Choices

You have the following choices regarding your data:

• Email Communication: You can opt out of any promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our emails.
• Image Storage: You can choose whether or not to store your uploaded images on InkNeat’s servers. If you opt-out, the images will be processed and deleted immediately after optimization.

We retain your data, including your email address and any uploaded images, for the duration of the services provided to you through InkNeat. If you choose to delete your account or opt-out of image storage, we will promptly delete your data in accordance with our data deletion procedures.
